The 40 year old rapper has had his share of run in's with the law. X, who's real is name is Earl Simmons was just released from Arizona state prison about a month ago after his probation was revoked for not complying to submit to drug testing & driving with a suspended license.
Let's hope that DMX get's himself together in a positive way and has a great come back in the near future.
