U.S. Justice Dept. Moves To Block AT&T, T-Mobile Merger

On Wednesday, the U.S. Justice Department officially filed suit to block the proposed $39 billion dollar merger between AT&T and T-Mobile.

Apparently this merge would "substantially lessen competition" in the industry and is a violation of the  U.S. Antitrust Laws.

Department of Justice is currently seeking a court order to block this deal.
